  Last Thursday, the gym was filled with popcorn, laughs..and goats! Thanks to all who came out to our movie night. Concession stand sales ensured we met our field trip & athletics support goals for the year.   As we head towards the end of the 2025-2026 school year, Parent Council would like to give a huge thank you to all the Keele families who helped make this year a great one! Whether you volunteered at an event, helped fill the fruit bowl, delivered pizza to the hungry hoards, or took the time to email or make it out to a council meeting, we appreciate your engagement, and we cannot do it without you! We're already looking towards the 2026-2027 school year, and Fun Fair planning is underway! We're mixing it up this year and trying out a Friday afternoon event, so please mark your calendar for Friday, September 18 from 4-6 PM . Our incredible GSA club is holding a bake sale and button sale fundraiser on Friday May 29th and we need your help.  Please send the suggested donation of $2 with your child to school on Friday May 29th.  Please help out by baking! Drop off nut-free baked goods to the school on the morning of Friday May 29th. We are excited for our Spring Concerts on Thursday May 28th:  4:45pm - Springing Sprouts - JK, SK, Grade 1 & 2 6:00pm - S teel Pan club, Grade 7 & 8, Dance Club, Dance Crew, Music Club, Recorder Club, and Keele$w!tch We will be selling pizza, drinks and some snacks before, between, and after our Spring Concerts.  We need help with our sales!  As a token of appreciation, volunteers will have 2 seats reserved in the front row of the concert.  Please sign up to help out here:  Spring Concert Volunteers - Thurs May 28th 2026

We will be having a Parent School Advisory Council meeting on Wed Feb 25th from 6:30-8pm in the school library or via Zoom (link coming soon! ) . Babysitting and snacks are provided for the in-person meetings.  At our meetings we always hear updates from the principal, VP and staff, and discuss matters related to the school (e.g., events, fundraising, spending funds, safety, school improvement efforts, etc.) Meetings are a fun way to get involved and meet new people! Please join if you are able to participate!

Pizza days are continuing for spring 2026! Children will receive 2 slices of pepperoni or cheese pizza (from Pizza Pizza) delivered to their classroom during lunch hour.
